All registered members for Financial Year 2025–26, being members registered as at 31 March 2026, are eligible to attend the AGM.
Members who will attend and avail of the complimentary dinner must RSVP using the Register for Event button by Wednesday, 20 May 2026. This RSVP is required for catering purposes.
The complimentary dinner will only be provided to members who are attending and have submitted a dinner RSVP by the deadline. Members who do not RSVP for the complimentary dinner will still be eligible to attend the AGM, but dinner unfortunately cannot be arranged for them.
Dinner arrangements will be made strictly based on the RSVPs received. So please RSVP only if you want to avail of complimentary dinner. We want to avoid food wastage.
We warmly welcome children under 18 accompanying both parents who are BAV members! Children are invited to join us and will receive complimentary meals. To ensure we can cater to everyone, please remember to register your children by the deadline.

Please Note: BAV Annual General Meeting 2026 is restricted to FY 2025-26 members of BAV only. If you were not a member for FY 2025-26 but have taken out membership for FY 2026-27, you are unfornately not eligible to attend. If you were a member for FY 2025-26 but have not taken out membership for FY 2026-27, you are eligible to attend this AGM.
